A charming property with a blend of contemporary elegance and Majorcan heritage

Situated in a 1,000 year-old olive grove, high in the Pollença hills, this rustic farmhouse has lovely views towards the Puig de Maria, Pollença and Alcudia. Approached via a winding, single track lane, the arched covered front terrace has a characteristic polished stone dining table overlooking the kidney-shaped swimming pool with furnished sun terraces. The brick-built barbecue is next to the original bread oven, adjacent to the covered terrace.

A spacious hall leads into the living/dining room with stone walls, a feature fireplace and TV. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and has doors which open onto the pool terrace. Stairs lead up to the first floor and the rest of the sleeping accommodation. There is also a terrace with spectacular views.

The kidney-shaped swimming pool area can be gated for groups with young children.

"We particularly love the traditional Mallorcan fincas with stone walls, wooden beams and bags of charm, often with a mountain backdrop across vibrant green valleys. The scenery is quite something."

Things to Be Aware of

"Away from the main, tourist areas there are some stunning and secluded beaches just off the beaten track which are well worth exploring but, remember, not all of them will have facilities so make sure you pack provisions like water and snacks just in case."

Additional costs & information

  • Additional Cot & Highchair £49 per item, per week
  • Saturday arrival preferred.
  • The Balearic government require a tourist tax, payable with the final balance. For travellers over the age of 16yrs the Balearic Tourist Tax is €2.20 per person per night for the first 7 nights. €1.10 per person per night thereafter. This is charged at parity to allow for fluctuation rates and administration costs and will be applied to your booking automatically.
  • Booking deposit 30% of the villa rental or £250, whichever is the greater amount.  Balance due 8 weeks before departure.
