Modern and elegant, three bedroom villa located in the prestigious Fazenda Santiago development, just a short drive from Vale do Lobo with its numerous bars, restaurants, beaches, golf courses and supermarket.
The villa is set on three floors and has a bright interior. The living/dining room and kitchen are open plan and equipped with a bluetooth Hi-Fi music system which also covers the outside areas. There are French windows from the lounge/dining area through to the pool terrace with a small lawned garden. On the basement level there is a a TV room. On the first floor of the property the two bedrooms have south facing views over the surrounding countryside.
On the terrace you will find a seating space ideal to relax and enjoy alfresco meals or cocktails and two covered dining areas, one of which is below the covered gas BBQ terrace. The rectangular shape swimming pool can be heated upon request at an extra charge. Here there are comfortable sun loungers and a parasol to make the most of your days in the sun.
Tiago is located at Fazenda Santiago, a gated community with a fully equipped gym, his and hers saunas, all weather tennis courts and night time security patrols.

"The Praca in Vale do Lobo is a fabulous place to eat, drink, socialise and enjoy the views. You will find restaurants, bars, cafes and entertainment and there is a real buzz in the summer months. Vale do Lobo resort is perfect for golf enthusiasts but there really is something for everyone so ideal for families and groups of friends wanting to be close to amenities and fabulous beaches."
