An adorable, listed building located in a quiet part of Bol on Brac Island
The nearest beach and the town centre are only a short stroll away. It has parking, a terrace overlooking Bol and the sea, and an outdoor kitchen.
The accommodation is on three levels. The living/dining room and kitchen on the ground floor have access to the swimming pool terrace. The first floor, where you will find a double bedroom, is accessed via a spiral staircase and here there is a terrace which has stairs leading down to the pool. On the second floor is a studio with twin beds and a loggia with spectacular views.
There are breathtaking views to the sea from the various terraces. Although the property is close to facilities it is on a hill so a car is recommended.

Brac is not only a natural paradise; it also boasts a rich history that’s worth exploring. With so much to do, Brac is perfect for visitors eager to soak up the sights and sounds of a new place, whether hiking up Vidova Gora, the island’s highest peak, or beach hopping among its many stunning sandy shores. Brac strikes a unique balance between vibrant and peaceful, even in the peak of summer. Unlike some crowded tourist destinations, the island never feels overwhelmingly busy – there’s always a secluded beach to discover or a quiet spot in a restaurant to relax in.
While still very affordable, it’s worth noting that prices on Brac can be slightly higher than on the mainland due to its island location. That said, Croatia as a whole remains a relatively budget-friendly holiday destination, and Brac offers a variety of options at every price point for activities, dining, and nightlife.
