A splendid property close to the lake, beach and golf in the prestigious resort of Quinta do Lago
There is a grand entrance hall with an impressive spiral staircase leading to the first floor. A spacious sitting room, with fireplace, opens into a second seating area and open-plan dining room. There is a separate TV and office room.
The large kitchen has an eating area with a breakfast table for eight people. The appliances are all top of the range and include an American style fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee maker, juicer and sandwich toaster.
There are five bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms and each is sumptuously decorated. On the lower level is the games room, complete with table football, pool table and TV.
Outside is a partially shaded terrace with comfortable seating and also a covered dining area with charcoal and gas barbecues. There are spacious landscaped gardens and a Gazebo. Please note that there is an unfenced fish pond in the grounds.
Please note, the pool does not have a pool cover so we cannot guarantee the temperature.
