Pebble Villa provides superior comfort both inside and outside, and because of the unique position it is extremely private.

Carefully renovated, the spacious interior is set over three floors and can comfortably accommodate up to eight guests. There is a separate one bedroom apartment on the ground floor which is ideal for those wishing to holiday together without losing their privacy. The main house has three further bedrooms, a comfortable living room and the kitchen which has a dining table to seat eight. 

There are amazing sea views throughout the property and particularly from the top floor.

The outside space is fantastic with a spacious terrace surrounding the pool with sweeping sea and country view, equipped with eight sunbeds and umbrellas. The villa is surrounded by a rich assortment of Mediterranean plants including lemon and olive trees.

The center of Mlini is five minutes away and has much to offer guests: pebble beaches, a waterfront promenade lined with shops, restaurants and cafes, a port with a frequent shuttle boat service to Dubrovnik and Cavtat, and some of the most spectacular natural scenery on the Dubrovnik Riviera. Dubrovnik's historic Old Town is a mere 10-15 minute drive away. The return trip involves a strenuous uphill climb.

NB The internal staircase is open and due to the many levels in the villa and grounds Pebble Villa is not considered suitable for children or those with walking difficulties.
