A charming four bedroom villa in Vilamoura
Theodore is a comfortable and recently modernised, four bedroom villa located in a quiet residential area of Vilamoura. Browns Health Club is a short walk away and there is an abundance of things to do within a short drive or taxi ride, including the beach, golf, Vilamoura Marina and a variety of restaurants.
The front door leads directly into the living room which has stylish decor and comy sofas with large French windows leading out to the terrace, lawn and pool. To the right of the front door is the modern kitchen which is particularly well equipped.
A corridor leads to the two ground floor bedrooms, both of which are ensuite. On the first floor there are two master suites which are spacious and light and have access to their own terrace. All the rooms have electronically operated shutters which keeps out light if required and is also a good safety feature.
Outside is so pretty with a well tended garden and comfortable chill out furniture overlooking the swimming pool. There is an outside shower and a large pine tree giving extensive shade over the lawn area. Steps lead down to the lower garden where there is a lawn and a children's play area.
