This spectacular villa is in an elevated hillside position and has amazing views across the countryside to the sea and inland towards the Monchique Mountains. Set in 1,500 square metres of landscaped garden, there are vast lawns, comfortable seating and dining areas, even a duck pond (fenced for safety).
The interior is immaculate, exceptionally spacious and well equipped. The linen is all top quality, the bathrooms are pristine and the kitchen well designed and thought out. There are six bedrooms in the main house and a further three bedrooms are located in two suites which have external access.
A path leads down to the terraced pool area, with good quality loungers and a sheltered sunbathing area to one side. The separate children’s pool is heated ensuring a pleasant temperature and the main pool has heating and fencing if required. The modern games room, with pool table, table tennis, table football & Playstation, is next to the pool.
Planina is close to Sobra & Calombo.
NB Groups of 10 or less will be accommodated in the main house only. For larger groups rooms paid for in advance will be made available.
Weddings & parties may be accepted at this house on request. Venue hire fees will apply. Please ask us for details.

"Barking dogs can sometimes interrupt the tranquillity of the countryside and you will have to hire a car to reach the beach and other amenities. The roads can be a little uneven and unmarked in this region, especially if your villa is off the beaten track."
