The stylish lounge, dining area and sleek designer kitchen flow directly onto the terrace through floor-to-ceiling glass doors, framing uninterrupted views across the infinity pool and the shimmering Mediterranean beyond. Multiple living spaces provide options for every mood, including a cosy lower-level lounge with underwater pool views—an unexpected and playful design feature. Accommodating up to ten guests, the villa features five beautifully styled bedrooms on the lower level. Three elegant double suites and two twin bedrooms provide flexibility for families and groups alike. Each bedroom benefits from a chic ensuite bathroom with walk-in showers, while select suites also feature indulgent freestanding bathtubs. 

The infinity pool is the heart of the outdoor space, inviting long sun-drenched days with uninterrupted sea views stretching to the horizon. Surrounding sun loungers and a relaxed lounge area offer idyllic spots to unwind. The outdoor dining area beside the pool comfortably seats eight, perfect for sunset dinners overlooking the sea.

Set in one of southwest Mallorca’s most desirable neighbourhoods, the villa enjoys an exceptional location. The charming village of Portals Nous is just a short stroll downhill, offering cafés, boutiques and everyday amenities. Within walking distance lies the iconic Port Portals Marina, famed for its superyachts, fine dining and vibrant social scene, while sandy beaches and crystal-clear waters are moments away. Palma’s historic centre can be reached in approximately 15 minutes by car, and the airport is conveniently close, ensuring smooth and effortless travel.

"We particularly love the traditional Mallorcan fincas with stone walls, wooden beams and bags of charm, often with a mountain backdrop across vibrant green valleys. The scenery is quite something."

Things to Be Aware of

"Away from the main, tourist areas there are some stunning and secluded beaches just off the beaten track which are well worth exploring but, remember, not all of them will have facilities so make sure you pack provisions like water and snacks just in case."

  • Although the villa has a flexible arrival day we cannot leave too many empty days between bookings. Please always check with us to make sure the dates you require are acceptable.

  • Booking deposit 50% of the villa rental. Balance due 8 weeks before departure.
