Sophisticated and unique property in a privileged location

Nestled in a pretty, residential area in the Puerto de la Cruz area in the north of the island, this lovely property has a welcoming vibe and is extremely well-equipped.

The main floor features a bright and spacious dining room, perfect for family gatherings and celebrations, conveniently alongside the fully-equipped kitchen with central island and views to the garden. The open-plan living room has large windows allowing natural light to flood in, and easy access to the pool area and alfresco dining terrace.

The upper floor is dedicated to rest and relaxation, with four beautiful bedrooms, some with views across to the sea in the distance. The lower level provides an independent apartment with both private access and also internal access via the central staircase.

Outside is an oasis designed for relaxing and absorbing the Canarian sunshine. The rear terrace features an elegant pergola with a dining table for eight, and a ping pong table for family-friendly competitions. The main terrace showcases the stunning heated swimming pool, with counter-current system. A covered porch with wooden furniture, a stylish chill-out lounge, and a generous solarium with four wooden sun loungers and two side tables complete this luxurious outdoor setting.

The centre of Puerto de la Cruz is about a 10-minute drive away and is a historic town, with a quieter vibe to the south of the island. The landscape here is lush and green and the beaches tend to have black sand, which is somewhat striking and unique. The 18th Century Botanical Garden is well worth a visit too, with its tropical and subtropical plants and unique trees, including the traditional Canarian trees, Dragos.

Additional costs & information

  • Obligatory check-out clean £400 will be applied to your booking once confirmed.
  • Although the villa has a flexible arrival day we cannot leave too many empty days between bookings. Please always check with us to make sure the dates you require are acceptable.
  • Booking deposit 30% of the villa rental.  Balance due 8 weeks before departure.
  • Please note that we cannot guarantee the pool temperature. In general, pool heaters are installed and managed according to the size of the pool and health and safety guidelines but weather conditions, such as colder nights, rain and strong winds can affect the normally achievable temperature.
