The orientation of the property means you can enjoy the sun all day, either relaxing by the pool or spending time in the vast outdoor areas. The property features a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, an array of chill-out areas with day beds, gardens, ponds and a waterfall. In the evenings, guests can enjoy a cocktail or alfresco dining under the large, covered terrace while watching the sun setting behind the mountains.
The house has been furnished to a very high standard and mixes the traditional finca style with all the modern comforts you would expect from a holiday home. The living areas are open-plan, with a cosy lounge area, comfortable sofas and a large wall-mounted TV. The fully equipped, modern kitchen hosts an array of high-end appliances and a wonderful fireplace.
There are some low walls and unprotected drops in the grounds so may not be suitable for very young children.

"It goes without saying that the nightlife here is world renowned but there is so much more to this beautiful island than the clubs and DJ’s it has become famous for. We highly recommend a boat trip to the pretty and peaceful Formontera beach. With turquoise waters and soft, white sand, it is considered one of the most beautiful beaches in the whole of Spain."
"Parking can be tricky when visiting the main towns. It is often easier to find a car park or parking space just outside the town and wander in on foot. Restaurants can be pricey too but it is well worth exploring eateries and bars away from the main streets which can be less expensive and more authentic."
