Villa Porreres is a restored castle, set within 150 acres of manicured grounds, orchards and olive groves guaranteeing privacy and tranquillity. It is the ideal choice for larger groups seeking a truly unique holiday villa experience, and it is also perfect for special occasions or wellness retreats.

It has been lovingly restored to include modern comforts and conveniences whilst retaining an authentic charm and a nod to its past. There are two fully equipped kitchens, one of which is a professional kitchen, and the main dining area has seating for up to sixteen guests. Both the dining area and the living room have access to the main terrace which is fully furnished for both dining and relaxing and has views across the lush greenery and palms surrounding the villa.

The swimming pool is set away from the main house and has a delightful outdoor kitchen with barbecue, alfresco dining area and a particularly special outdoor living space with comfy furniture and welcome shade.

A beautiful little chapel is set within the grounds which is perfect for weddings, and there is a large function room with capacity for 100 guests, making this an ideal choice for any special occasion or event. There is plenty of parking and even space to land a helicopter for those who travel in style!

"We particularly love the traditional Mallorcan fincas with stone walls, wooden beams and bags of charm, often with a mountain backdrop across vibrant green valleys. The scenery is quite something."

Things to Be Aware of

"Away from the main, tourist areas there are some stunning and secluded beaches just off the beaten track which are well worth exploring but, remember, not all of them will have facilities so make sure you pack provisions like water and snacks just in case."

Additional costs & information

  • Event Hire Fees £6000 on a request basis. Further conditions may apply.
  • For travellers over the age of 16yrs the Balearic Tourist Tax is €2.20 per person per night for the first 7 nights.  €1.10 per person per night thereafter. This is charged at parity to allow for fluctuation rates and administration costs and will be applied to your booking automatically.
  • Saturday arrival preferred. Alternative arrival on a request basis only to avoid leaving empty days between bookings. Please always check with us to make sure the dates you require are acceptable.
  • 2026 prices as a guide. Price will be confirmed upon enquiry
  • Booking deposit 50% of the villa rental. Balance due 8 weeks before departure.
