Fairytale villa on the island of Sipan, the closest island to Dubrovnik

We are thrilled to be offering this enchanting villa on the island of Sipan, just 1.7km from the centre of Sudurad. The island is the largest of the Elaphites and the closest to Dubrovnik, where visitors can enjoy a peaceful island atmosphere, without the excessive influences of civilisation, and where the spirit of the old times is retained.

The property is spread across three floors and has an unfussy decor with wooden ceilings and white walls, creating a calming atmosphere. The living room is open-plan with the kitchen and dining area, with French windows opening out to a terrace. There are three bedrooms on the first floor and a further two bedrooms in the attic.

Outside, the property is surrounded by a picturesque, aromatic garden and olive groves, so typical of this lush island. The terraces have panoramic views of the Elaphiti Islands and the Adriatic Sea and, below the pool area, there is a delightful summer arbour with a dining table, outdoor kitchen and Dalmatian barbecue, the perfect setting for memorable meals and socialising. The property also features table tennis and bowling for family-friendly tournaments. There is also a glamping tent located in the olive grove, available at an additional cost, for romantic evenings under the stars or a camping adventure for the younger ones.

Transfers to the villa (taxi and boat) included for bookings of 7 nights or more. It is possible to arrange airport transfers, boat transfers, fridge fills, catering, treatments and a number of activities such as boat trips, tours and water sports, so if you would like any help enhancing your holiday, just let us know.
