This beautiful property is in the picturesque town of Lokva Rogoznica, in the central part of the enchanting Dalmatia and just 10km away from the city of Omis. Split is just 30km away making this a great choice for those wanting to explore the city and the surrounding coast. Omis was once known as the city of pirates and is a great place to absorb both history and nightlife. Sports enthusiasts will be very happy here as they can try rafting on the rapids at the Cetina River, rock climbing, windsurfing and beach volleyball amongst many other activities.

The highlight of this villa is undoubtedly the breathtaking sea views. The infinity pool seems to blend seamlessly into the ocean beyond and Brac Island can be seen in the distance. There are good quality sun loungers to relax and soak up the sunshine, and an alfresco dining area and barbecue also take full advantage of the beautiful views. Descend the stairs from the terrace and guests can reach a pretty pebble beach in moments.

Inside, the villa is very stylish, with modern design, pendant chandeliers, feature walls, divine bathrooms and a state-of-the-art kitchen. Huge sliding doors lead to the glorious terrace with dining furniture and panoramic views. The bedrooms are set across the upper floors and some have access to terraces with chairs to relax and unwind in privacy.

Please note, this house may not be suitable for families with young children due to the low walls and unprotected drops near the swimming pool.
