Tomica is a stylish and modern villa in Okrug Gornji, on the small peninsula of Ciovo, just a few metres from the sea and 2.5km from the historic town of Trogir.
Built in 2015, the architecture of the villa features clean lines and white-washed walls, combined with natural stone that adds softness. Green pines surround the outdoor space and there are lawned areas alongside the pool terrace which showcases the outstanding sea views.
The villa is divided into four different levels, with six bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as a wellness area with indoor pool and a sauna for the ultimate indulgence. The indoor pool has a counter-current facility, and there is also a gym for those who want to stay active during their holiday.
Inside, the villa is comfortable and welcoming, with huge windows that take full advantage of the privileged position.
It is possible to arrange fridge fills, catering, treatments and a number of activities such as boat trips, tours and water sports, so if you would like any help enhancing your holiday, just let us know.
Please note, there is a low wall by the swimming pool with a drop on the other side. This house is therefore not suitable for groups with young children.
