Four bedroom villa with outstanding sea views and infinity pool

Olanka is a beautiful, four-bedroom propery in Stanici, near Omiš, and only 30km from Split.

The villa is divided into three floors and consists of three apartments, which can only be rented as a whole. The interior is comfortable and modern, with terraces on each floor that take full advantage of the amazing views.

As you arrive at the property, steps lead to the outdoor terrace, where there is a heated infinity pool with views of Brac Island. There is also a covered alfresco dining area and barbecue. Sliding doors lead to the ground floor of the first apartment where there is a living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. There is also a shower room and games room on this level. Stairs lead to the first floor where there are two bedrooms with ensuite shower rooms.

External stairs lead to the second floor where there are two further apartments, each with a bedroom, kitchenette and living room.

Stanici is a small town in Dalmatia where the beaches are quiet, remarkably clean and away from the hustle and bustle of the main towns. Nearby Omiš is renowned for its excellent restaurants, rich cultural scene and vibrant nightlife.  

Please note, extra care should be taken with young children, especially around the infinty pool which has a drop on one side.
