Villa Tonko is a beautiful, modern property in the historic city of Trogir, near Split. It is just a short walk from a pretty pebble beach which has a beach bar and an aqua park for children.
The city of Trogir is UNESCO-protected, which means it is a place of 'outstanding universal value', where history and culture are preserved. Its proximity to Split and surrounding ports and islands makes this a real bucket-list destination.
Spread across two floors, there is a sense of luxury throughout this property. Neutral tones, elegant furnishings and huge windows allow seamless connections between indoor and outdoor spaces, make this a calm and beautiful place to enjoy.
The outside terrace is equipped with comfortable seating, shaded areas and a unique swimming pool which is divided into three parts with varying depths and partial cover. It also has a hydromassage pump for the ultimate relaxation, and a children's area which is shallower than the rest of the pool. Next to the pool, there is an outdoor dining area, summer kitchen and barbecue for alfresco meals.
A real highlight of this property is the sensational roof terrace, reached by external steps, with chill-out seating, a hot tub and far-reaching views of the beautiful city and the sea.
