The river connects Portugal to Spain, and there are frequent ferry trips across the waters. The sandy beaches of Moledo and Afife are easily accessible by car, and there is an excellent, 18-hole golf course just outside the picturesque town of Ponte de Lima, just a 40-minute drive away.
The property is contemporary in design, both inside and out. Spacious living spaces, bathed in natural light, and modern facilities make this a very comfortable holiday home. There are three, elegant bedrooms with plush beds and premium linens, and all have access to the outside areas.
The villa is surrounded by a landscaped garden with lawns and established planting creating natural shaded areas, perfect for lunch away from the sunshine. The modern terrace around the pool is the ideal spot to soak up the rays and enjoy the surrounding countryside views.
Escusa is very close to Jose Maria making these villas a good choice for two families or groups wanting to holiday near each other.
