We are thrilled with be offering this very special house in the resort of Giardini Naxos, near Taormina. Perched on the rocks with uninterrupted sea views, the villa was built in the second half of the last century and was designed by noblewoman, Grazia Masaracchio, to be her summer residence and to inspire her love of art and painting. Recently restored, the owners have retained its original glamour and created a beautifully calming ambience using neutral tones throughout.
Set across three floors, the interior is stylish and impressive, with a Hollywood style staircase, sumptuous living room, formal dining room, curved features and a modern kitchen.
Outside is glorious with a large dining terrace overlooking the sea. Venture towards the sea to a ladder for daily sea swims in the sparkling, clear waters. The swimming pool is surrounded by a large terrace and pretty garden with plenty of areas to relax in the sunshine.
The vast property accommodates large groups and families wanting to holiday together with easy access to Giardini's shops, restaurants and bars.
