Set in the Golden Beach area on the southeast of Paros is the stunning Lexie. Recently refurbished and with panoramic views of the sea, this is a very special property in a privileged position.

Designed with outdoor living in mind, the sensational pool terrace and infinity pool have a breathtaking backdrop of the surrounding landscape and the sparkling Aegean sea. There is a fabulous outdoor kitchen and alfresco area which is sheltered from the sun. The villa also features a half-size basketball court for fun in the sun.

Inside, whitewashed walls and natural materials create a calming, beach house vibe. The views can be seen from almost every window and resemble a perfect postcard of Paros! The living room has soft, comfy sofas and the fully equipped kitchen has earthy wood tones alongside polished cement.

Lexie is close to Elias and Effie making these a good choice for larger groups wanting to holiday near each other.

“Paros is a delightful puzzle of villages and towns. While it is absolutely worth straying from the area where you are staying, it is also worth noting that there are very few taxis on the island. Consider hiring a car, enabling you to explore at your own pace. Or simply be aware that you may need to be a little flexible with your plans, to allow for the sporadic taxi services.”

Additional costs & information

  • Tourist tax €15 per night, payable locally in cash
  • Minimum stay 7 nights. Saturday check in/out preferred between July & August.
  • Saturday arrival preferred. Alternative arrival on a request basis only to avoid leaving empty days between bookings. Please always check with us to make sure the dates you require are acceptable.
  • Booking deposit 30% of the villa rental or £250, whichever is the greater amount. Balance due 8 weeks before departure.
