Stunning retreat overlooking the valley

Villa Curro is a beautifully renovated property with far-reaching views over the Lima valley. Offering plenty of space both inside and out, this is a great choice for families with children and lends itself to events and retreats due to the huge grounds.

Set in an elevated position, there are amazing, panoramic views, especially from the pool area. The decked areas on either side make for the perfect sunbathing spots and there are expansive lawned areas for children to play or for organised yoga or fitness training. The shaded terrace overlooks the pool and there is outside dining furniture and seating to relax and take in the surroundings. Just off the pool area is a delightful vegetable garden and a barbecue area.

Inside, the impressive living area has beamed ceilings and lots of natural light. The kitchen leads through from the living room and there is a breakfast bar, perfectly positioned in front of the patio window, allowing guests to enjoy the views with their morning coffee. All four bedrooms are spacious and have attractive, hardwood floors, ensuite bathroom and access to the balcony or garden. On the lower level there is a large cinema room with an L-shaped sofa with reclining seats; the perfect place to retreat from the hot sun. There is also a sauna on this level for the ultimate relaxation.

Villa Curro is approximately 15-minutes in the car from the historic and picturesque town of Ponte de Lima where there are restaurants and shops lining the charming streets. This is the perfect place to relax and unwind away from the crowds whilst not being too far away from amenities when needed.

Additional costs & information

  • Pool Heating £280 per week. Minimum charge 1 week. Please note that we cannot guarantee the pool temperature. In general, pool heaters are installed and managed according to the size of the pool and health and safety guidelines but weather conditions, such as colder nights, rain and strong winds can affect the normally achievable temperature.
  • 7 night minimum stay in July & August. 5 nights at other times.
  • Saturday arrival preferred in July & August. Alternative arrival on a request basis only to avoid leaving empty days between bookings. Please always check with us to make sure the dates you require are acceptable.
  • Booking deposit 30% of the villa rental or £250, whichever is the greater amount. Balance due 8 weeks before departure.
