Villa Tia is located in the exclusive Salobre Golf Resort in the south of the island of Gran Canaria.
Set across two floors, this adorable two bedroom property is ideal for those looking for an affordable escape, close to golf activities. This interior is cosy and comfortable with lots of natural light and modern facilities.
Outside, there is a lovely alfresco dining area which is partially covered for welcome shade and overlooks the swimming pool. The garden has lawned areas and trailing flowers and plants, creating a delightful space to relax in the sunshine. There are views of the golf course and the mountain landscape beyond, perhaps best enjoyed from the amazing roof terrace with chill-out furniture.
The resort is peaceful and restorative, yet Masapalomas and Melonares are just a 10-minute drive away where there are restaurants and a lovely beach.
Villa Tia is very close to Villa Tara, making these a good choice for larger groups wanting to holiday near each other.
