Spread over three floors, this property has a boho chic style with natural materials used in both the construction and the soft furnishings. Brac stone adorns the exterior walls and, inner staircase, and driftwood has been used to create the ultimate beach house vibe.
The outside of the villa is truly sensational as the views interrupt your thoughts as you embrace this privileged location. There are numerous terraces with super comfortable chill out spaces and an enchanting alfresco dining area.
The sea is just 20m away from the house and Sumartin is only 3km away making this a great choice for those who want to be near to the ferry port that connects the mainland. Sumartin is the youngest village on Brac Island. The turquoise blue sea, terrific restaurants and peaceful atmosphere combine to make this a very special holiday destination.

Utopia is close to Villa San, Villa Zodiac, Charm and Villa Gaze making these a good choice for larger groups wanting to holiday near each other.

With so much to do, Brac is perfect for visitors eager to soak up the sights and sounds of a new place, whether hiking up Vidova Gora, the island’s highest peak, or beach hopping among its many stunning sandy shores. Brac strikes a unique balance between vibrant and peaceful, even in the peak of summer. Unlike some crowded tourist destinations, the island never feels overwhelmingly busy – there’s always a secluded beach to discover or a quiet spot in a restaurant to relax in.
While still very affordable, it’s worth noting that prices on Brac can be slightly higher than on the mainland due to its island location. That said, Croatia as a whole remains a relatively budget-friendly holiday destination, and Brac offers a variety of options at every price point for activities, dining, and nightlife.
