Villa San is located in Putinak, set on the edge of the coast with amazing views of the ocean and beautiful coastline towards Sumartin. Just 2m from the water, the villa is surrounded by greenery and forest land.
Set across three floors, the villa is modern in design and embellished with famous Brac stone. The living areas open out to the large terrace and swimming pool via huge windows allowing light to flood in. There are also large curtains that sweep across when needed to create a cosier environment.
The bedrooms are on the top two floors and enjoy breath-taking views of the ocean. Everything is designed and furnished with style and there are some unique touches including the exposed stone walls in the washroom.
Outside is very special with a generous terrace, alfresco dining area, infinity pool and hot tub. There are various places to relax on comfortable, outdoor furniture and take in those mesmerising views. There is also a deck that reaches out to the sea for those who want to really embrace the ocean and take a refreshing dip!
It is possible to arrange fridge fills, catering, treatments and a number of activities like boat trips, tours and water sports, so if you would like any help enhancing your holiday, just let us know.
This villa is very close to Villa Utopia, Villa Zodiac, Charm and Villa Gaze making these a good choice for larger groups wanting to holiday near each other.

First Floor: 2 double bedrooms (can be made up as twin beds by advance request) with ensuite bathrooms (bath & shower), dressing rooms and access to the terrace. TV room/work space with sofa bed, best suited to a young person. Bathroom with Jacuzzi bath.
Second Floor: Master bedroom with king size bed, ensuite bathroom (bath & shower) and access to the terrace. Twin bedroom ( can be made up as a double by advance request).
Brac is not only a natural paradise; it also boasts a rich history that’s worth exploring. With so much to do, Brac is perfect for visitors eager to soak up the sights and sounds of a new place, whether hiking up Vidova Gora, the island’s highest peak, or beach hopping among its many stunning sandy shores. Brac strikes a unique balance between vibrant and peaceful, even in the peak of summer. Unlike some crowded tourist destinations, the island never feels overwhelmingly busy – there’s always a secluded beach to discover or a quiet spot in a restaurant to relax in.
While still very affordable, it’s worth noting that prices on Brac can be slightly higher than on the mainland due to its island location. That said, Croatia as a whole remains a relatively budget-friendly holiday destination, and Brac offers a variety of options at every price point for activities, dining, and nightlife.
