We are delighted to be offering this amazing house near the centre of Sutivan. It has everything you need for a comfortable and luxurious experience with a heated pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness equipment and views of the Adriatic sea.
Sutivan is a small, picturesque town on the beautiful Brac Island, known for its welcoming atmosphere and sensational beaches. Just 6km from Supetar, where there are regular ferries from the mainland, and 39km from the famous Zlatni Rat beach, this is the ideal villa to relax and unwind while exploring this gorgeous island.
Spomenka is a modern design both inside and out. Set across two floors, there are four double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a stylish kitchen with Bosch appliances and induction hob, and open-plan living areas with huge windows showcasing the mesmerising ocean views.
There is a stunning pool terrace which also features a Jacuzzi which is the perfect place to watch the sunsets while luxuriating in the bubbles.

With so much to do, Brac is perfect for visitors eager to soak up the sights and sounds of a new place, whether hiking up Vidova Gora, the island’s highest peak, or beach hopping among its many stunning sandy shores. Brac strikes a unique balance between vibrant and peaceful, even in the peak of summer. Unlike some crowded tourist destinations, the island never feels overwhelmingly busy – there’s always a secluded beach to discover or a quiet spot in a restaurant to relax in.
While still very affordable, it’s worth noting that prices on Brac can be slightly higher than on the mainland due to its island location. That said, Croatia as a whole remains a relatively budget-friendly holiday destination, and Brac offers a variety of options at every price point for activities, dining, and nightlife.
