We are thrilled to be offering this spacious villa in Quelfes, Olhão, to the east of Faro. The property is south facing with distant sea views from the top floor and is situated in a quiet road creating a peaceful environment for guests to relax and enjoy their villa holiday.
Villa Elle has a particularly welcoming atmosphere. The large living room has an abundance of natural light and has doors opening out on to the terrace and swimming pool. The kitchen is modern and well equipped and there is a convenient utility area with a second fridge, ideal for catering for larger groups. There are four bedrooms set across two floors and the lower level has a huge entertainment area with comfy seating, pool table, football table, darts and even a bar area! The perfect place to escape the midday sun and stay entertained.
Outside is glorious, with an enclosed garden, generous sunbathing terrace, hot tub and a large swimming pool, which can be heated by advance request. The pool has a safety alarm which gives added reassurance for families with little ones, available by advance request only. There are lots of fruit trees in the garden including orange, lemon and fig and guests are welcome to help themselves to enhance their meals or cold drinks! There is also a petanque area to the side of the house for family competitions.
This property is ideal for rentals all year round as there is underfloor heating throughout the main living areas and a wood burning fire, as well as air conditioning for the warmer months.
Olhão is a hidden gem in the Algarve, known for its unspoiled, natural beauty, winding cobbled streets and boutique shops. The coastline is particularly captivating and there are some excellent restaurants specialising in traditional Portuguese dishes and seafood. Enjoy the laid back, authentic Portuguese way of life before retreating back to Villa Elle to relax with family and friends.

As everyone's needs are different, please check with us at time of booking to ensure suitability for your group.
Pool Alarm - no pool safety feature is completely infallible. Please always take care around the pool with little ones.
