The large, fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast table and chairs and a unique wooden ceiling. An impressive staircase from the hallway leads up to the gallery landing and three bedrooms with magnificent views over the grounds to the surrounding hillside.
Outside is really special, with plenty of space to relax and take in the glorious scenery. There is a large pergola near the pool providing shade for the barbecue and dining area. The large lawn is a great spot for a picnic, or for children to play. Whilst the property is back to back with another property, the garden and pool all face out to the countryside, maximising on the element of privacy.

All bedrooms have air conditioning/heating. In line with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 17:30 to 19:30 and from 22:00 to 09:00.
"We particularly love the traditional Mallorcan fincas with stone walls, wooden beams and bags of charm, often with a mountain backdrop across vibrant green valleys. The scenery is quite something."
"Away from the main, tourist areas there are some stunning and secluded beaches just off the beaten track which are well worth exploring but, remember, not all of them will have facilities so make sure you pack provisions like water and snacks just in case."
