The interior is comfortably furnished with spacious living areas, all benefitting from the amazing views. Built across two levels, there are three bedrooms on each floor and the first floor has a second kitchen and a terrace with glorious sea views.
Outside, there is a a large pool terrace and garden with palm trees and established planting. The partially covered, raised terrace provides shade for dining alfresco and the brick built barbecue is to one side of the garden.
Whilst essentially a modest property, the location is anything but, with the sea just a stone's throw away. Alcudia is about a 20 minute walk and Puerto Pollensa is a short drive away.

"We particularly love the traditional Mallorcan fincas with stone walls, wooden beams and bags of charm, often with a mountain backdrop across vibrant green valleys. The scenery is quite something."
"Away from the main, tourist areas there are some stunning and secluded beaches just off the beaten track which are well worth exploring but, remember, not all of them will have facilities so make sure you pack provisions like water and snacks just in case."
