Although set in a quiet location, this spacious villa offers the best of both worlds, as it is also within easy reach a small village for local amenities, and the beautiful town of Caminha, with its 15th and 16th century buildings, is just a few minutes drive away. Sandy beaches at Moledo and Afife are a short distance by car, whilst close by are various sporting activities including horse-riding, canoeing and rafting. For golfing enthusiasts, an excellent golf course is nestled in the hills just outside the Roman town of Ponte de Lima, a 40 minute drive away.
The villa is bright and inviting, with a living room overlooking a covered terrace, perfect for outdoor dining, whilst the swimming pool and terrace are the perfect place to take in the stunning views and enjoy a cool drink or two!
The villa is built on one level and the three double bedrooms each have ensuite bathrooms.
Please note, there is an unprotected drop by the pool area on the far side of the hedge. It may be possible to provide a gate. Please ask at time of booking.
Jose Maria is very close to Escusa, making these villas a good choice for two families or groups wanting to holiday near each other.
