We are thrilled to be offering this splendid house in Portals Nous to the west of Palma and with panoramic views of the ocean. It is in a prime location, walking distance from the village, restaurants and shops and a 20 minute walk from the beach and Palma is just 20 minutes in the car.
The interior is bright and contemporary with most of the rooms benefiting from the amazing views. The living room has a drop down TV and is open plan to an elegant, Italian designer kitchen. Folding doors open out onto the alfresco dining area. There are five spacious bedrooms across two floors. The master bedroom has a luxury, emperor size bed with an opulent ensuite with double ended bath and access to a terrace to enjoy the stunning Mediterranean views.
Outside is fabulous, with various terraces and high quality sunbeds around the swimming pool which can be heated at an extra cost. The little ones will love the Disney themed, Pirates of the Caribbean play area which also has a convenient washroom and baby changing unit. Just across from the outside dining area, guests have their own personal 'Sport's Bar' with pool table, table tennis, TV, kitchen, barbecue and huge fridge to keep the all important drinks chilled!
For the ultimate relaxation, there is also a spa area with huge hot tub, sauna, private gym with a multitude of fitness equipment and yoga deck with Sonos sound system. As the sun goes down, guests can retreat to the chill out bar on the upper terrace with comfortable seating, TV and sensational views over Palma Bay. The owners have really thought of everything!

"We particularly love the traditional Mallorcan fincas with stone walls, wooden beams and bags of charm, often with a mountain backdrop across vibrant green valleys. The scenery is quite something."
"Away from the main, tourist areas there are some stunning and secluded beaches just off the beaten track which are well worth exploring but, remember, not all of them will have facilities so make sure you pack provisions like water and snacks just in case."
