Guests can enjoy breath-taking views of the sparkling Mediterranean Sea from the living areas and the stunning south-facing terrace which is the perfect place to bask in the bright morning sunrise, enjoy long, hot, sunny days, admire the brilliance of Ibiza’s famous sunsets and relax during peaceful, balmy Ibizan nights.
The large, upper terrace blends seamlessly from inside to out with huge glass windows, dining furniture for 10 people and a comfy seating area. Inside, pure white minimalism, designer fittings and high-tech touches, create stylish interiors throughout. The whole house boasts the latest technology in air conditioning and heating; there is a Paradox Security system, a home theatre entertainment system indoors and outdoors, and high-speed internet with WiFi access.
There are five double bedrooms with king-size beds, ensuite bathrooms, access to a terrace and high-quality fittings.

"It goes without saying that the nightlife here is world renowned but there is so much more to this beautiful island than the clubs and DJ’s it has become famous for. We highly recommend a boat trip to the pretty and peaceful Formontera beach. With turquoise waters and soft, white sand, it is considered one of the most beautiful beaches in the whole of Spain."
"Parking can be tricky when visiting the main towns. It is often easier to find a car park or parking space just outside the town and wander in on foot. Restaurants can be pricey too but it is well worth exploring eateries and bars away from the main streets which can be less expensive and more authentic."
