Villa Aries is a fabulous new house in the small village of Dugi Rati, not far from Split, and just a short stroll from the beach. Designed with impeccable style and a sense of luxury, the villa consists of six bedrooms and bathrooms and is a wonderful choice for larger families or groups of friends.
Located 50 metres as the crow flies from the sea, there are ocean views throughout the entire villa. The interior is finished to a very high standard with contemporary furnishings and no less than two comfortable living rooms and two modern kitchens.
The property is a unique design, spread across two buildings and connected by bridges which also provide amazing views across the sea to the Brac Island beyond. The villa is completely fenced and has private parking and there are landscaped gardens with aromatic herbs, palms and lawned areas to enjoy. Comfortable sun loungers and outdoor dining furniture are placed in prime spots for both sunbathing and relaxing in the shade.
Care should be taken with young children due to some low walls around the property with drops on the other side.

"The historical old town area of Split is a car free zone so plan ahead if you intend on spending a day exploring the area. It is often best to park just outside the town and then explore on foot.
