The property is a fine example of beautiful, modern architecture with clean lines and exquisite proportions. The interior is sophisticated and homely with some unique and impressive design styles and artwork.
As you enter the villa there is an impressive hall with a symetric layout with windows providing a full view of the outdoor pool and garden. The open plan “Boffi” kitchen is combined with a large seating area and has access to the outdoor dining space. The impressive living room has comfy sofas around a fireplace with a unique chandelier as a centrepeice. The hallway linking the kitchen to the living room acts as the main dining area. The bedrooms are all good sizes, many of them en-suite, and all immaculately presented.
There is a games room with a pool table and exercise bike on the lower ground floor. Also on this level is a cosy cinema room with a huge screen and impressive sound system and access through to a twin bedroom with adjacent bathroom.
Outside is simply gorgeous with a manicured garden, lawned area, established palm trees and beautiful ferns. The long swimming pool is lined with sunbeds for relaxing and there is a lovely, covered seating area with dining furniture and comfy chairs to avoid the midday sun. There is also a gas barbecue and gas fire. Follow a little path through the garden, and there is an outdoor hot tub for guests to enjoy.
