Casa da Infanta is an amazing property with panoramic views encompassing both the ocean and the mountains. Just a short walk from the beach, this property is perfect for large families or groups of friends with 9 bedrooms, sleeping 19 people.
The front of the house overlooks the sparkling sea with fishing boats and yachts passing across the water, and the rear of the property enjoys views of the Monchique mountain range. The name of the property translates into English as the “House of the Princess” and, whilst the house has been modernised, it retains many original features, including antique beds complete with the family coat of arms!
There are nine bedrooms across three floors with a lift servicing all three levels. Infanta is the larger of two villas that can be rented independently or together on the same estate. The smaller property on the estate is Casa do Praia, which sleeps six adults and two children. Each is cocooned by pinewood trees offering natural privacy around the swimming pool area. There is also direct access to the beach below, where guests can walk along to the charming waterside village of Ferragudo where there are a host of fresh fish and seafood restaurants.

It’s the perfect place to watch the sunset. Boat trips and water sports can be booked at Portimao Marina – we highly recommend experiencing this area from the water as the coastline is very special."
