Villa Morgana is located in a quiet neighbourhood in Colares, inside Sintra Natural Park which is a Unesco Wold Heritage site. The property is typically Portuguese with traditional furnishings, spacious rooms and set in a large, established garden that encompasses the entire house.
Inside, there is a large, modern kitchen which is perfect for catering for large groups. The living room is open plan to the dining area with a traditional, wooden dining table, plenty of comfy seating and doors opening out to the garden.
Outside is glorious with an L-shaped swimming pool, beautiful trees providing shaded areas to eat alfresco, a large lawned area and lots of plants and flowers creating a lovely space to relax and enjoy the sunshine.
Sintra is nearby which is famous for its ancient castles and sumptuous palaces. Cascais is home to some of the finest beaches on the Lisbon coast and just a kilometre away is Praia da Maçãs which is a charming beach, protected on each side by rocky headlands, with a variety of restaurants and cafes. There is bus stop 900m away from the property with buses destined for Sintra and Cascais making this a good choice for those who like to explore without the need to drive every day.
There is a tennis court within walking distance which can be booked and paid for locally.
