Villa Marlita is a spacious property, perfect for larger groups or families wanting to holiday together. It is situated in Botequim, a residential area on the outskirts of Lisbon and less than 3km from the beach.

Inside, the house is well presented with a comfortable living area, fully equipped and modern kitchen and a dining area. There are nine spacious bedrooms with top quality mattresses, a games room and a fantastic roof terrace to admire the views.  

Outside is great for young people with a good sized lawn, heated swimming pool, volleyball net and basketball hoop and plenty of room for sunbathing! There is also a covered, outside dining area for alfresco meals.

There is so much to do within a short drive including sports facilities and activities in nearby Costa Caparica. Within walking distance of the villa, there is a mini-market, restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries and a pharmacy.

Botequim is surrounded by a 30km stretch of the best beaches in Portugal, starting from the lively surf beaches near the centre of the village of Costa da Caparica to the almost deserted beaches of the south zone, ideal for water or sand sports. Less than 3 km away from the villa there is a wide range of beach bars and restaurants, specialising in grilled fish, some of them with wonderful terraces to enjoy the sunset. At night many of these venues transition into nightclubs or live music bars. 

We highly recommend a trip to Lisbon, just 17kms away, as it is such a vibrant city with plentiful restaurants, museums and churches and excellent shopping.
