Villa Nera is located in Pjescana Uvala, just 600 meters from the beach, and has lovely sea views from the top floor.
The property is spread across 450 square metres and three floors with three living areas, five bedrooms and six bathrooms, five of which are ensuite. Inside is stylish and comfortable with tasteful furnishings and modern fixtures and fittings. The main living room is open plan with high ceilings and lots of natural light.
Outside, there is a fully enclosed garden and pool terrace with a countercurrent swimming pool and massage bench. There is a delightful outside dining area with barbecue, perfect for enjoying meals alfresco.
