Delightful little house full of charm, with plenty to see and do right on your doorstep

Sarita is a charming little house situated on the outskirts of the lovely town of Santanyi. The house is within walking distance of the town, where there is a good selection of bars and restaurants as well as a bakery and a traditional market.  S'Amarador Beach is a short drive away and well worth a visit. The beach is part of the nature reserve and is, therefore, untouched and very beautiful, surrounded by tall pine trees with white sand and clear, shallow waters. 

The villa is simply decorated with a traditional style. The spacious living/ dining area has beamed ceilings, white walls and ceramic floor tiles. Next to the living room there is a small, separate kitchen which is simple but well equipped.

Outside there is a gorgeous sun terrace and vibrant lawn that surrounds the welcoming swimming pool. There is also a covered barbecue which is perfect for those who love alfresco evening meals.

Things we love

"We particularly love the traditional Mallorcan fincas with stone walls, wooden beams and bags of charm, often with a mountain backdrop across vibrant green valleys. The scenery is quite something."

Things to Be Aware of

"Away from the main, tourist areas there are some stunning and secluded beaches just off the beaten track which are well worth exploring but, remember, not all of them will have facilities so make sure you pack provisions like water and snacks just in case."

Additional costs & information

  • Additional Cot & Highchair £49 per item, per week
  • Air conditioning approximately €1 per hour, coin operated, payable locally.
  • Although the villa has a flexible arrival day we cannot leave too many empty days between bookings. Please always check with us to make sure the dates you require are acceptable
  • The Balearic government require a tourist tax, payable with the final balance. For travellers over the age of 16yrs the Balearic Tourist Tax is €2.20 per person per night for the first 7 nights.  €1.10 per person per night thereafter. This is charged at parity to allow for fluctuation rates and administration costs and will be applied to your booking automatically.
  • Booking deposit 30% of the villa rental or £250, whichever is the greater amount. Balance due 8 weeks before departure.
