Villa Joy is located in the picturesque village Kaštelir, only 10km from Porec - World Heritage Site. Surrounded by green fields, vineyards and olive groves, this is the ideal setting for a relaxing holiday.
The interior is decorated with style and luxury in mind using unique lighting, glass features, glossy tiles and marble throughout the house. There are stunning views from many of the rooms and the owner has made sure that every corner of the house has a touch of luxury.
All five bedrooms are air conditioned and each is individually decorated and has a TV. The first floor bedrooms have breathtaking views and the bathrooms have beautiful marble tiles and are comtemporary in design.
Outside, Joy has a large swimming pool surrounded by a gorgeous terrace with plenty of comfortable sun loungers and seating to soak up the sunshine. There is a charcoal barbecue and lovely outdoor dining set, a delightful place to have alfresco meals.
This really is a very special villa with lots of attention to detail and the perfect spot to relax and discover this wonderful part of Croatia.
Villa Joy is next door to Zen making this a good choice for large groups wanting to holiday together.

"As with much of Croatia, the beaches are beautiful but rarely sandy. Pack your beach shoes! Many of them have pebbles and shingle which is harder underfoot but is also partly responsible for the crystal clear, turquoise, seas that you won’t see anywhere else in the world."
