A dainty, countryside house just on the doorstep of Pollensa Old Town
Aimee is a charming, country style house with lovely views over the surrounding landscape to the mountain tops peeking through from between the trees. It is only a few minutes drive from Pollensa Old Town with the facilities and beaches of Puerto Pollensa and neighbouring Alcudia also within easy reach.
Upon arrival, there is a private driveway and parking area. Inside is traditional and sweet with simple furnishings and cheerful splashes of colour throughout. There is a split level living/dining room with comfy sofas and a good sized dining table. There are attractive wooden beamed ceilings, adding to the traditional Spanish feel, and patio doors leading to the garden and pool area.
The kitchen is fully equipped, and even has a small breakfast bar with stools for your morning coffee. A back door from the kitchen conveniently leads to the utility room.
The villa is set in a pretty garden with a welcoming swimming pool and a terrace for sunbathing. The garden and pool area are screened by a row of cypress trees, providing plenty of privacy, and the grounds are dotted with orange and lemon trees.

"We particularly love the traditional Mallorcan fincas with stone walls, wooden beams and bags of charm, often with a mountain backdrop across vibrant green valleys. The scenery is quite something."
"Away from the main, tourist areas there are some stunning and secluded beaches just off the beaten track which are well worth exploring but, remember, not all of them will have facilities so make sure you pack provisions like water and snacks just in case."
