Villa Royale is a splendid property with sensational views. Perched on a cliff overlooking Cala Moli beach, the property us built on 2 levels offering a 180° view of the sea and the coastline. There is also direct access to a small cove via some rocky steps carved into the cliff side.
The architecture is modern and open-plan, allowing the bedrooms and terraces to take full advantage of the terrific panoramic views. The sunsets at this villa are truly memorable and there are an abundance of terraces and courtyards so that the views can be enjoyed from all angles.
Inside there is so much attention to detail with contemporary decor and stylish design. The large living room extends out to a charming patio where there is a delightful water feature.
This is a very special property with some of the best views in Ibiza whilst being very close to the beach, restaurants and shops.

"It goes without saying that the nightlife here is world renowned but there is so much more to this beautiful island than the clubs and DJ’s it has become famous for. We highly recommend a boat trip to the pretty and peaceful Formontera beach. With turquoise waters and soft, white sand, it is considered one of the most beautiful beaches in the whole of Spain."
"Parking can be tricky when visiting the main towns. It is often easier to find a car park or parking space just outside the town and wander in on foot. Restaurants can be pricey too but it is well worth exploring eateries and bars away from the main streets which can be less expensive and more authentic."
