Palomas is a farmhouse in a quiet rural setting, yet just a few minutes by car to the popular residential areas of Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicente. The interior has a traditional feel with all the modern features you would expect. The living room has comfortable sofas around a feature fireplace and doors opening out onto the terrace with views of the surrounding countryside and the mountains in the distance. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a lovely dining area with a wooden dresser and stone arch leading to the hallway. From here, the hall leads to three bedrooms on the ground floor, one with ensuite bathroom and a further shared bathroom.

On the first floor, there is a second kitchen plus a further three bedrooms and two bathrooms, making this an ideal choice for two families sharing.

All bedrooms have air conditioning units. Following energy saving and efficiency measures, this villa has programmed air conditioning, allowing it to be used during noon and all night.

Outside there is a fantastic brick-built barbecue with covered and uncovered terraces, outdoor furniture, sun loungers, garden furniture and a garden with a huge 72-square-metre pool, with Roman steps for greater ease of access, and a practical, poolside shower.
