The Heights is a beautifully presented, five-bedroom, detached villa with beautiful gardens, a private swimming pool and sensational sea views.
It is situated at the end of a private road and enjoys tranquility yet is only a 20 minute drive from Ibiza town and 10 minutes from the airport. It is also just 850m from a little pebble beach, Porroig, perfect for a morning dip!
The property is accessed via an automatic gate providing both security and privacy. There is parking for several vehicles within the enclosed plot. The fully enclosed landscaped gardens are in the region of 2,000 m2 and have a number of ‘secret garden areas’ for guests to discover and enjoy. There is a substantial roof terrace with seating and sun loungers from which you can take in the breath-taking views and sunset or simply sit back and enjoy the sunshine. There is also a large terrace to the rear of the villa with more uninterrupted sea views and an infinity pool. For the all important alfresco meals, there is a beautiful covered outdoor dining area complete with a fitted barbecue.
Inside the house, the accommodation is split over 2 floors and has air conditioning throughout. The decor combines fresh white walls with neutral floor tiles and drift wood features creating a stylish, beach house vibe. The living room is extremely spacious and leads out to the pool terrace and outdoor dining area. The fully fitted kitchen has a glossy, white finish and a breakfast bar and this leads to a second living space allowing families to find a lovely quiet space or somewhere for the children to play. There are five double bedrooms three of which have their own private terrace, and two have their own dressing room.
Please note, due to the elevated position of the pool and terrace, extra care should be taken with very young children.

We highly recommend a boat trip to the pretty and peaceful Formontera beach. With turquoise waters and soft, white sand, it is considered one of the most beautiful beaches in the whole of Spain."
"Parking can be tricky when visiting the main towns. It is often easier to find a car park or parking space just outside the town and wander in on foot. Restaurants can be pricey too but it is well worth exploring eateries and bars away from the main streets which can be less expensive and more authentic."
