This charming holiday home has been renovated in a modern style with a fully equipped kitchen with open-plan dining area, a comfortable living room with L-shaped sofa and colourful scatter cushions and four spacious bedrooms with air conditioning and plenty of storage space. Please note, there is an open, spiral staircase between the levels so care should be taken with young children (see photos).
Outside, the swimming pool is fenced for additional peace of mind when travelling with little ones, although care should always be taken of course. There is a lovely outside dining space and, for those who love cooking outdoors, there is a kitchenette including a barbeque, oven, stove and a sink making this the perfect spot for entertaining and alfresco dining. There is also table tennis and a badminton net for the young at heart.
Walking distance from the property there are restaurants, a supermarket, a fitness centre and a bus stop just 50m away with services into the city centre. Costa da Caparica is just 3km away with dozens of white sandy beaches that stretch for miles. Countless restaurants and bars can also be found here and it is a popular place for sunset drinks after a lazy day in the sunshine. It is also just 17km from Lisbon city centre making this a great choice for those wanting to explore the vibrant capital.
