Avery is a lovely, spacious villa with a high standard of furnishings and is just a couple of minutes by car to all of the local amenities, including tennis, golf, horse riding, sports facilities and the beach. For the children, there are water parks not too far away and a huge variety of restaurants for every taste making this a great location for a family holiday.
The large living room has comfy sofas and glass doors leading to the terrace and immaculate garden. There are steps up to the dining area which seats six and the fully equipped kitchen beyond this.
The master bedroom is on the first floor and has doors to a lovely balcony overlooking the pool - the perfect place to escape and read a good book!
The other bedrooms are on the ground floor and each has access to the pool terrace.
The large garden is well-maintained with trees surrounding the property providing some shaded areas and an expanse of vibrant green foliage. The pool terrace is huge and there is plenty of seating and dining furniture to really make the most of outdoor living and enjoying the Algarve sunshine.
Please note, building works are due to take place behind the villa in 2025. Building work is not permitted in July and August, so there should be no disruption during this time. Outside of these months, there may be some disturbance. Please ask us for more details upon enquiry.
