As you enter the villa, there is a magnificent hallway with two sweeping staircases leading up to the first floor, with a beautiful, central chandelier creating a truly opulent first impression. The villa is spacious and immaculate with polished tile floors throughout, coordinating decor and tasteful touches in every room.
The fully equipped, modern kitchen overlooks the pool and garden. It is both innovative and stylish with granite worktops, a large breakfast bar, plenty of storage space and high-quality equipment including a large Traulsen fridge/freezer and Imperial steam oven plus some additional perks like two wine fridges and a Miele coffee machine. From here the living and dining enjoy floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the pool and landscaped garden.
The owners have indulged in contemporary and unique furniture, and no expense has been spared in the design from centrally controlled surround sound, air conditioning, underfloor heating, to CCTV and up lighting throughout.
There are seven spacious bedrooms and each is decorated in a different colour. All have ensuite bathrooms with unique tiles, 'his and hers' sinks, heated towel rails and a large shower. The master bedroom has an enormous ensuite bathroom and its own private TV room which overlooks the gardens.
Outside, the gardens and pool have been designed with outdoor living in mind with beautiful planting and a wonderful, covered barbecue area, ideal for enjoying alfresco dining as the sun goes down.
