There is also a café-bar and restaurant across the road. The Marina, with its lively atmosphere and nightlife is easily accessible as the tourist land train stops nearby.
The villa is very well equipped with air conditioning throughout and electric shutters. The living/dining room is bright and airy with comfortable furnishings and doors opening onto the pool and garden.
There is plenty of outdoor furniture and a brick barbecue for alfresco dining. On the first floor is a large balcony, equipped with table, chairs and two sunbeds.
