Villa Lydia is a modern villa for eight people. It is immaculate and comfortable with spacious bedrooms, pristine bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen.
There is an attractive garden and outdoor dining area as well as table tennis.
Villa Lydia is in a quiet village and is close to the beautiful Meco beach. There are a few small shops a kilometre away and the Praia das Bicas, which is popular for surfing, and the well known Meco beach are a ten minute drive. Alfarim is 3kms and has a range of shops and there is an excellent fish market in Sesimbra. The region has excellent wine cellars – wine, cheese and small Swiss rolls (tortas) are the speciality of the area. Nearby Portinho de Arrábida and Sesimbra have some of the most interesting scuba diving in Portugal and windsurfing and canoeing can be enjoyed nearby at Lagoa de Albufeira. For golf enthusiasts there are several championship golf courses: Quinta do Peru (20kms), Aroeira (30km), Montado (40kms), Santo Estevão (40kms) and Tróia (40kms).
