This four bedroom townhouse is nestled in the picturesque, historical streets of Pollensa Old Town and is just a three minute walk from the main square making it the perfect choice for those not wishing to hire a car.
The house has been lovingly restored by the present owners using high quality fixtures and fittings whilst retaining some of the original features.
Double wooden doors lead to the open-plan living/dining room with bright, white walls giving the room a contemporary feel. There are comfortable sofas around a coffee table and a flat screen TV. The dining area has glass doors overlooking the lower terrace and swimming pool and the kitchen, which is equipped with modern appliances, also has views of the terrace.
Villa Santana is the perfect choice for anyone wishing to enjoy a truly Mallorcan holiday; the heart of Pollensa is just 200m. The main square is home to a fantastic Sunday market and has a wide selection of bars, restaurants and shops and the famous Calvary steps are also a short walk away. It is easy to while away several hours meandering through the narrow back streets, discovering the small museums, churches, restaurants and shops.
It is also worth noting that there are lively festivals in Pollenca between the end of July and August and the spectacular Davallament procession takes place in the town centre on Good Friday.
Please, note that the old streets are not really suitable for cars but Santana has an area which can be used for loading and unloading suitcases. Most people, however, tend to use the local bus which goes to the beaches of Puerto Pollenca and Cala San Vincente. Taxis are another easy option and we can arrange a free airport transfer if required.

"We particularly love the traditional Mallorcan fincas with stone walls, wooden beams and bags of charm, often with a mountain backdrop across vibrant green valleys. The scenery is quite something."
"Away from the main, tourist areas there are some stunning and secluded beaches just off the beaten track which are well worth exploring but, remember, not all of them will have facilities so make sure you pack provisions like water and snacks just in case."
