Villa Paco is a charming villa located in a peaceful and rural area halfway between the villages of Buger and Sa Pobla. This villa is an ideal choice for those who wish to escape the main tourist areas and enjoy the rural life of Mallorca.

The villa is built on two levels and has a large, attractively furnished living/dining room with a TV. There is a small, well-equipped kitchen, and one bedroom and bathroom are located on the ground floor. The remaining bedrooms and a further bathroom are located on the first floor. There is also a poolside washroom and a utility room.

The outside pool area has a covered terrace and a portable barbecue for those who want to enjoy alfresco dining.

Due to health and safety rules, the outside toys and games have been removed.

"We particularly love the traditional Mallorcan fincas with stone walls, wooden beams and bags of charm, often with a mountain backdrop across vibrant green valleys. The scenery is quite something."

Things to Be Aware of

"Away from the main, tourist areas there are some stunning and secluded beaches just off the beaten track which are well worth exploring but, remember, not all of them will have facilities so make sure you pack provisions like water and snacks just in case."

Additional costs & information

  • Additional Cot & Highchair £49 per item, per week
  • Saturday arrival only, July - August, minimum stay 7 nights 
  • Minimum stay 5 nights outside of peak season
  • Although the villa has a flexible arrival day outside of peak season we cannot leave too many empty days between bookings. Please always check with us to make sure the dates you require are acceptable.
  • The Balearic government require a tourist tax, payable with the final balance. For travellers over the age of 16yrs the Balearic Tourist Tax is €2.20 per person per night for the first 7 nights.  €1.10 per person per night thereafter. This is charged at parity to allow for fluctuation rates and administration costs and will be applied to your booking automatically
  • Booking deposit 30% of the villa rental or £250, whichever is the greater amount. Balance due 8 weeks before departure.
