A beautiful, historic farmhouse, lovingly restored to be the perfect holiday home

Finca Bueno is a beautiful restored Mallorcan farmhouse full of charm and character, located just outside Pollensa Old Town. Many original features have been retained; artefacts, interior stone walls and beamed ceilings. Whilst the natural rustic ambience has been retained, the villa is equipped with all all the modern conveniences needed for a comfortable holiday.

An oak studded door leads into the farmhouse; the spacious living/dining room has beamed ceilings and terracotta tiled floors which makes the house wonderfully cool in the hot summer months. The attractive living area has comfortable seating with a TV. To the rear of the dining area an inner stone archway leads through to a separate seating area, a guest washroom and the kitchen. The well fitted kitchen has many modern amenities including dishwasher, fridge/freezer and electric oven/gas hob. The master double bedroom has teak fitted wardrobes and full ensuite bath/shower room.

Dining alfresco is one of the great pleasures of a holiday villa and Finca Bueno has a covered terrace with barbecue and ample sun terraces to enjoy pre-dinner drinks. The swimming pool has Roman steps and relaxing sun terraces, with poolside furniture, all set amidst the colourful and oleander scented gardens with ancient carob and olive trees providing welcome summer shade.

"We particularly love the traditional Mallorcan fincas with stone walls, wooden beams and bags of charm, often with a mountain backdrop across vibrant green valleys. The scenery is quite something."

Things to Be Aware of

"Away from the main, tourist areas there are some stunning and secluded beaches just off the beaten track which are well worth exploring but, remember, not all of them will have facilities so make sure you pack provisions like water and snacks just in case."

Additional costs & information

  • Saturday changeover & 7 day minimum stay during June, July & August. 
  • Alternative arrival on a request basis only to avoid leaving empty days between bookings. Please always check with us to make sure the dates you require are acceptable.
  • The Balearic government require a tourist tax, payable with the final balance. For travellers over the age of 16yrs the Balearic Tourist Tax is €2.20 per person per night for the first 7 nights.  €1.10 per person per night thereafter. This is charged at parity to allow for fluctuation rates and administration costs and will be applied to your booking automatically.
  • Booking deposit 30% of the villa rental or £250, whichever is the greater amount. Balance due 8 weeks before departure.
